Software Engineer

At LearningLogix, we’re changing the way the world thinks about digital education and we are looking for talented engineers to join the team and help us take it to the next level. VidyaBytes, our first product is a personalized learning platform. We have enthusiastic support and validation for the product from top notch schools and are rapidly developing new features to enhance the MVP.

As an engineer and early employee on the team, you will contribute directly to our efforts in designing and implementing the systems and infrastructure that will support our current and future products.

Responsibilities

Help define the vision of our products.

Collaborate in the design and building of our next-generation efforts in digital education.

Design and implement features evolving our flagship product. Challenges come in the form of mobile app development, scalable backends, and offline operations.

Develop instrumentation/profiling tools and systems.

Minimum qualifications

4+ years of experience.

Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

Strong programming skills in Python (You’re the local Python guru).

Excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript

Familiarity and some experience with PHP

Extensive familiarity developing modern web apps

Self-motivated, quick-learner, team-player that possesses great communication skills.

Preferred qualifications

6+ years of experience.

Master’s degree in a related discipline.

Hands-on development experience building mobile applications (IOS or Android).

Experience with React JS and React Native.
